Team Coordinator (Future Media and Technology)

Use your admin skills and experience of working with external suppliers to support and coordinate the activities of Comic Relief’s Future Media & Technology team.

As part of our busy Future Media & Technology team you’ll provide admin support, coordinate supplier relationships, maintain databases and generally ensure the smooth running of our department.

Having provided an admin service to a team in a busy office environment you know how to manage multiple requests, use MS Office and correspond in writing and over the phone. In addition to your admin expertise you have experience of working with external suppliers and are used to arranging meetings, taking minutes, chasing action points, monitoring service level agreements and supporting a senior manager
