iPSL, based at Brackmills, Northampton are becoming old hands at providing call centre support for good causes.  On Friday they manned their second charity call centre, this time for Sports Relief.

Over 100 volunteers manned the 70 line call centre taking over 2.5 thousand calls and pledges worth over £77K throughout the evening.  In addition to their work in the call centre, staff undertook various activities during the day, including a rowing competition and a cake sale, which helped raise an additional £1,725.00.

“This was a fantastic effort by all who volunteered, not only was the evening great fun, everyone felt they made a real difference.  I am immensely proud of all the staff and their achievement for such a good cause.” said Jim Large, CEO, iPSL.
