BT - Newcastle

Over 50 BT workers from across the North East manned the phones at the BT Newcastle Contact Centre taking a massive £73,000 worth of donations for Sport Relief.

Volunteers worked from 7pm until late into the night handling a massive 2500 calls.

Staff at the contact centre in Gosforth also raised money to donate to Sport Relief with activities ranging from a cake sale to a cycle-a-thon which involved advisors, managers, trainers and centre managers cycling 326 km in just 12 hours on a static bike. The staff on site raised a fantastic £1600 in total!
